Where a client proceeds with a mortgage through Carbon Private Clients Ltd, Astons of Sussex receives a referral fee equivalent to 15% of the procuration & application fees received by Carbon Private Clients Ltd in respect of that mortgage.
The amount received by Astons of Sussex will vary depending on the procuration fee payable to Carbon Private Clients Ltd for the business introduced.
You are under no obligation to use Carbon Private Clients Ltd and are free to choose an alternative mortgage adviser. Your choice of mortgage adviser will not affect the estate agency service provided by Astons of Sussex.
We are committed to transparency regarding referral arrangements and will provide further information about the fees we receive upon request.
